Regional governor of Syunik Suren Khachatryan touched upon the incident that had taken place between him and businesswoman Silva Hambardzumyan in "Armenia Marriott" hotel.

The regional governor noted that he regrets for what had happened: "But it has no connection with her. I regret for the fact that it became a theme for the mass discussion" - regional governor of Syunik noted.

According to Suren Khachatryan, Silva Hambardzumyan behaved wrong on the day of the incident and if she behaved right, may be everything would not be so.

He noted that despite all this Silva Hambardzumyan should pay her taxes.
